Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sustainability Apprentice to join our Sustainability team. In this role, you will contribute to two key pillars of our Better Places strategy: Sustainable Experience and Social Impact. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible impact in retail sustainability and community development while gaining valuable experience in the commercial real estate sector. The sustainability team operates at the corporate level, overseeing the strategic vision of the Better Places roadmap, as well as its planning, deployment, and reporting across all the portfolio in Europe and the US.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in retail, in sustainability and community engagement
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
