We are looking for an engaged and passionate People Digital Communications & Engagement Intern to join our People & Organization team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. Your Impact Main Activities: * Supporting the creation of content to communicate employee engagement programs, from a storytelling perspective * Design and creation of digital contents (newsletter, advertising materials, content for enterprice social networks, etc) * Coordination of institutional communication channels * Helping the team to deploy engagement and people care activities

Requirements

Fluent in English and Italian
Good use of Design Tools (InDesign, Adobe Premier, Photoshop) and a strong interest in digital areas
Creative and digital communication background
Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for writing and storytelling
Dynamic, problem-solving, proven team worker and collaborative work relationship, organizational and timing skills.
