Job Description

Taking responsibility for the administrative and organizational follow-up of the Marketing team's activities . Drawing up purchase orders and monitoring budget & expenditure . Maintaining technical files with updated marketing data (novelties availability, samples, gifts with purchase, participates in new labels preparation). Taking care of administrative & technical assistance and following up on travel expenses procedure , orders for office equipment , etc. Organizing departmental meetings and coordinating major events (sales conferences, area visits, international meetings, plans, prospectives, etc.). Communicating with external service providers. Circulating marketing information within the department (magazines, files, etc.).

Requirements

  • up to 3 years of experience in similar administrative roles
  • good analytical and organizational skills
  • communicative and a team player
  • responsible and able to work autonomously
  • detail-oriented and has good project management skills
  • highly skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel and Power Point)
  • fluent in Croatian and English
