







Taking responsibility for the administrative and organizational follow-up of the Marketing team's activities . Drawing up purchase orders and monitoring budget & expenditure . Maintaining technical files with updated marketing data (novelties availability, samples, gifts with purchase, participates in new labels preparation). Taking care of administrative & technical assistance and following up on travel expenses procedure , orders for office equipment , etc. Organizing departmental meetings and coordinating major events (sales conferences, area visits, international meetings, plans, prospectives, etc.). Communicating with external service providers. Circulating marketing information within the department (magazines, files, etc.).
