Job Description

Managing and coordinating the implementation of all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programmes and processes. Prepares and builds consensus for annual HSE plans for plant wide HSE Initiatives, to enable HSE cultural development. Develops technical guidance programmes to identify and remove physical hazards. Ensures appropriate risk assessments are conducted and appropriate controls implemented to minimize or eliminate accidents, asset losses, security breaches, health problems and environmental issues that might cause harm to one of the company's employees, contractors, visitors, assets or reputation. Provide expertise to the Incident investigation process to ensure the sharing and implementation of lessons learned and prevent reoccurrence. To ensure the HSE reporting process is followed by the Plant team. Ensures that the appropriate talent is in place through training, mentoring and succession planning and support development and learning capabilities of HSE specialists. Additionally support HSE training and coaching within the plan to drive understanding and improvement of the HSE culture. Ensures compliance and understanding of regulatory requirements, Mondelez policies and continuous improvement in key identified measures and objectives. Ensure Sustainability road maps for Energy, Waste, Water reduction are built and implemented. Attend and support the Daily Management System Meetings and related GEMBA sessions. Be a visible leader within the operational workplace inspecting the production area and coaching line teams. Interact with Operational and Health and Safety Committees, building employee engagement in HSE processes and support the development and implementation of Plant Wellbeing programmes. Requirements

  • Management Engineering plus Spanish Prevention Degree
