






Client Coordinators at Interbrand are passionate collaborators, with drive and attention to detail, giving support our key accounts/ projects. Responsibilities: • Point person for day-to-day tasks and projects -maintain clear lines of communication with internal teams • Create and manage project timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses etc. • Review/proof-read work before it goes to the client • Collate all project-relevant documents and information into the relevant file on the server for team access • Give support on proposal and cost estimates • Supports in development of case studies and requests across the network • Supports and collaborates in the internal coordination of pitches (points of view, methodology and approach, etc.) • Participates in creating content for proposals & presentations • Supports in all initiatives related to the client • Supports in the management of internal development tools (database, digital tools) and reports • Supports in day-to-day client management and small & mid-size projects under the guidance of senior team members.
