Job Description

The working student has the following main tasks: * Support the digitalization of our learning services methodology and portfolio by using digital tools and platforms (e.g. Figma, Jira, SAP Business Technology Platform). This includes the involvement in software development activities for our “AI-assisted user learning and change management app”, using generative AI. * For the management of global delivery (both digital and people-based delivery) for SAP Learning, in-depth analytics is required. The working student will design, create, and maintain dashboards and reports based on SAP Enterprise Analytics and Microsoft Excel to manage the global delivery of SAP Learning Services.

Requirements

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot, formulas, complex formatting, complex tables, ideally skills in creation of macros)
ideally basic know-how in MS PowerPoint
High motivation to learn new tools (such as Figma, Jira, SAP Business Technology Platform) to support our digitalization efforts
Analytical thinking skills to transfer complex business processes into reports and to read and interpret huge data columns
Good English and/or German skills
