



You will join the Learning & Talent HR Team and support in the development and roll-out of global learning and talent initiatives. Support the team in the coordination and administration of learning programs, including workshops, virtual sessions, and leadership development initiatives. Help in managing learning platforms and tools, ensuring accurate data, smooth user experience, and timely reporting. Support the team in talent processes such as new hires onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and other development processes. Provide general project and operational support to ensure learning and talent initiatives are delivered effectively and on time. Support with the production of analyses, reports, and summary documents. Collaborate with colleagues across regions and cultures, gaining exposure to global ways of working.
