We’re looking for a Project Management (Technical/ Engineering) Intern to join our Systems & Services team in Warsaw . As a Project Management (Technical/ Engineering) Intern you’ll be responsible for providing support to our proposals and project managers in running key projects as well as driving initiatives within our End Users Project team, connecting with other colleagues throughout Europe to find better ways of working and pushing for excellence while delivering our Lighting Systems & Services. Key Areas of Responsibility: * Work closely with our proposal and project managers in setting up and managing the project orders, taking care of all support functions to ensure a smooth delivery of the scope , communicating directly with our customers if needed * Support and challenge the team to improve financial and operational control of proposal and project execution parameters * Create reports and overviews of cost and deliveries , following up on our KPI’s * Improve relationships and trust between the different teams around Europe * Participate in project management activities - from customer quoting to final project delivery
