




Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to help generating actionable insights. Support the insights team in the execution of research projects. This involves coordinating research briefs, managing data collection and extraction, helping to analyze and interpret the results and agency management. Understand the consumer & shopper landscape through analysis of the consumer, shopper and market dynamics, macro-economics, culture, people and channel trends. Help in identifying consumer and shopper trends and behaviors that can influence marketing and sales strategies. Create clear and compelling reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders. Work closely with other departments such as the Brand Marketing team, the Category Planning & Activation team and other parts of the Insights team to ensure that global and regional best practices are shared. Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the Insights & Analytics team, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
