The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office attendance 3 times a week is mandatory) Expected start date: asap (6 months contract) Student status is mandatory! After the initial training, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including user experience designers, developers, product managers, content creators and stakeholders to: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web applications within SAP Build Product Suite. Research various topics, analyze behavioral insights and user data from user research initiatives to spot areas for improvement and make informed decisions. Participate in discoveries, design reviews and iterative improvements that deliver intuitive and engaging experiences aligned with user needs and business goals. Work with a design system and use relevant tools and processes. Explore AI-driven design opportunities to improve user experience on SAP Build Product Suite, while shaping responsible human-centered solutions. Engage in design initiatives that explore AI’s role in transforming enterprise software and shaping next-generation SAP products alongside experiences professionals. Gain hands-on experience in the field of user experience design, AI and user research and contribute to real-world projects that make meaningful impact.
