





Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Housing, and Maintenance. We employ over 280 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland. We are currently recruiting a Modern Apprentice in Business Administration to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in a professional office environment while working towards a recognised Business Administration qualification. Duties will include, but are not limited to: • Reception duties • Switchboard cover and backup • Processing incoming mail (scanning and distribution) • Managing outgoing mail • Filing and general document control • Scanning for all departments • Maintaining drawing registers for contracts and logging drawings on Document management system • Administration of contract email inboxes • General typing and spreadsheet logging • Compiling building manuals, including liaising with subcontractors to obtain required information • Coordinating site signage and laminating • Managing stationery supplies • Providing administrative support across all departments • Preparing meeting rooms, including refreshments for internal and external meetings, and setting up for breakfast/lunch meetings
