Job Description

As a Working Student d/f/m in Talent Attraction & Recruiting, you will support the team in positioning RWE Offshore Wind as an attractive employer brand worldwide. You’ll contribute to a variety of creative projects in talent acquisition and brand communication, develop your own ideas for employer branding initiatives, and gain insights into the entire recruiting process, from job postings to global onboarding. In doing so, you’ll play an active role in shaping how we attract and inspire talents for us.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a comparable field of study
  • First practical experience in HR, communications, or organizational development through internships or student positions
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, responsibility, and organized planning skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and able to adapt to new software tools quickly
  • Action-oriented working style, focused on solutions, with a clear interest in contemporary HR in a global workplace
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English, in writing and speaking, are needed for work within an international team
