Job Description

The HR Tech team drives HR transformation by building and running digital HR solutions that turn strategy into seamless employee and manager experiences. As an HR Project Office Intern, your mission is to help drive HR transformation by supporting HR transformation and IT systems projects and hands‑on project execution across the HR portfolio.

Requirements

active student of related Bachelor or Master programs at Swedish and European universities
Students in Business Administration / Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Behavioral Science, Business Information Systems, Digital Business, or similar Project Management oriented programs
Passionate about building a career in Project Management within HR or other functions
Courses taken in Project Management are preferred
Comfortable working with numbers and data
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
A team player with good communication skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application.
