Job Description

Als huismeester ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en bezoekers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles in en om het gebouw goed geregeld is van meldingen en onderhoud tot gastvrij ontvangst. Je loopt stage op een grote bedrijfslocatie, kantooromgeving of bij een organisatie met meerdere faciliteiten. Je werkt samen met een facilitair team en leert hoe je een gebouw operationeel houdt.

Requirements

Je volgt een mbo-opleiding niveau 2, 3 of 4 richting facilitair, dienstverlening, beveiliging of techniek
Je bent klantvriendelijk, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht
Je werkt zorgvuldig en kunt goed schakelen
Je durft vragen te stellen en zelfstandig taken op te pakken
Je vindt het geen probleem om fysiek werk te doen, zoals meubilair verplaatsen en het terrein netjes houden
Je kunt een VOG aanvragen
