



In this position, you will: * Work closely with the Director of Sales Operations for the Central Europe region * Prepare analyses and internally present the results of projects and initiatives * Challenge the status quo and continuously strive for operational excellence (#wearebold) * Contribute to developing and implementing operational and reporting plans (annual, quarterly, monthly, etc.) * Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and propose creative approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness * Support the introduction of standardized processes for pipeline and opportunity management as well as territory and account planning
