







Job Purpose - Work with the Category Lead to identify Revenue Growth opportunities, driving Assortment Distribution, Visibility, Pricing & Promotion, maximizing sales opportunities with the intent to (over)deliver topline (NS & VMS) in a sustainable way (GM%) in the short and long run for Cosmetics. Main challenges and responsibilities: * Assortment/Distribution: Setting the targets and monitoring the evolution of distribution regarding Innovations and top Franchises per Customer & Channel. * Visibility – Manage AI based tool to improve assortment and POS efficiency, maximizing availability and visibility on shelf. * Pricing - Monitor and evaluate pricing within each category. * Promotions - Support the development of promotional plans with our Customer Category &bPromo Managers. Pre & Post evaluate promotional performance internally and externally to ensure our activity is effective within each category and retailer, making recommendations on how to improve the promo strategy and planning Key Interfaces are Shopper & Customer Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Finance Teams
