Job Description

As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to enhance our teams and facilitate our growth. Activities will include: Manage sourcing channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and proactively build talent pipelines. Implement talent development and performance management initiatives. Support and execute onboarding activities. Create reports to monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics. Provide ad-hoc support for broader HR-related tasks.

Requirements

Ability to work both independently and in a team
Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
Good vibe, driven, diplomatic, active listener, humble, hard-working
