Job Description

Support the Front Office team in the tasks performed by the department. Gain valuable knowledge about front office policies and procedures. Learn about how to address differenttypes of guests’ requests. Assist front desk and guest experience teams with delivering the highest levels ofservice excellence. You will be cross training in the different Front Office departments of the hotel including Front Desk, Concierge and Guest Services

You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.
