Job Description

As a working student d/f/m in Development, Talent & Diversity, you will support our international HR team with a variety of exciting personnel topics. You will become part of an engaged team and gain comprehensive insights into both strategic and operational HR work. Depending on your interests and the needs of the team, you will take on diverse tasks, meaningfully contribute to the development of our HR programs, and have the opportunity to bring in your own ideas. In addition to professional and personal development, you will benefit from close collaboration with experienced colleagues d/f/m. About the role * Contributing to the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives in the areas of People Development, Talent Management, and Diversity * Supporting our Leadership Development agenda and assisting with related events and activities * Independent responsibility for defined areas of work within our Early-Career programs, such as technical training and our Graduate Program * Assisting with the evaluation and further development of existing development formats (e.g., feedback analysis, deriving optimization measures) * Organizing and coordinating trainings and events (e.g., participant management, location scouting) * Preparing presentations, decision-making documents, and conceptual materials for internal stakeholders * Providing project-related organizational support for ongoing development initiatives

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Practical experience gained through internships or working student roles in an international HR context within a large company or consultancy
  • Well-developed organizational competence, able to prioritize responsibilities and use time productively
  • Professional, structured working style with clear and audience-appropriate communication
  • Enjoyment of both administrative tasks and conceptual work
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and the ability to communicate fluently in both German and English,written and spoken
