





As a working student d/f/m in Development, Talent & Diversity, you will support our international HR team with a variety of exciting personnel topics. You will become part of an engaged team and gain comprehensive insights into both strategic and operational HR work. Depending on your interests and the needs of the team, you will take on diverse tasks, meaningfully contribute to the development of our HR programs, and have the opportunity to bring in your own ideas. In addition to professional and personal development, you will benefit from close collaboration with experienced colleagues d/f/m. About the role * Contributing to the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives in the areas of People Development, Talent Management, and Diversity * Supporting our Leadership Development agenda and assisting with related events and activities * Independent responsibility for defined areas of work within our Early-Career programs, such as technical training and our Graduate Program * Assisting with the evaluation and further development of existing development formats (e.g., feedback analysis, deriving optimization measures) * Organizing and coordinating trainings and events (e.g., participant management, location scouting) * Preparing presentations, decision-making documents, and conceptual materials for internal stakeholders * Providing project-related organizational support for ongoing development initiatives
