Job Description

Support the project team in planning, designing, and implementing our projects with international stakeholders Design and implement digital learning formats and actively contribute to the rollout of our projects Assist in the production of training videos by contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and ensure the content aligns with our learning objectives and brand standards Be an essential part of our international team and gain deep insights into the conceptualization and establishment of learning projects within our Heating & Refrigeration Technologies division

Requirements

Enrolled student in Business Education, Media and Communication Studies, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology with a focus on HR development, Educational Media Management, or a comparable field of study
Passion for digital learning, innovation, and organizational transformation
Excellent English and good german skills
