Job Description

As part of the Group’s official commitment to a low‑carbon trajectory following the signing of the SBTi agreements — encompassing both direct and indirect emissions — the reduction of transport‑related CO₂ emissions has become one of our highest strategic priorities. This ambition is fully embedded in our Operations roadmap and aligned with our 2030 near‑term targets. We are currently seeking a motivated and forward‑thinking professional to join our international logistics department, which operates transversally across all continental organizations. You will be part of the dedicated team driving the Group’s decarbonization program for goods transportation, covering all categories of merchandise. The mission of this department includes, among other responsibilities, measuring and reducing the carbon footprint of all international and domestic shipments between the Group’s various entities, as well as shipments from our entities to our customers (Professional Solutions, Direct to Customers, on-line).

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience or familiarity with SAP and logistics-related data systems.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with high attention to detail — enabling both a quick understanding of the mission and efficient navigation through numerical datasets.
  • Highly results‑oriented, strong curiosity, positive mindset, Interest and knowledge in logistics and a passion for sustainability.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • High level of commitment, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and an independent, proactive working style, with willingness to propose ideas.
