This role is ideal for individuals with mixed experience, whether gained in schools, care settings, youth work, or through personal experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We value diverse backgrounds and recognise that transferable skills are key in making a positive impact. As a Supply Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support pupils in their learning, development, and emotional wellbeing.
