Support and work alongside the team throughout all phases of fundraising and investment processes (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, Due Diligence, contract negotiation, and deal closing). As a member of the investment team, the selected candidate will gain exposure to and participate in all stages of the investment cycle, supporting the Hospitality team mainly in the following areas: Assistance in fundraising processes Identification of trends and potential new investment opportunities Pipeline monitoring and follow-up Market research and analysis of relevant information Preparation of comparable company/transaction analyses Development of financial models to assess investment feasibility, including LBO, DCF, sum-of-the-parts, and multiple-based valuation analyses, among others Analysis and preparation of investment documentation, as well as presentations and materials for the Board and Investment Committees Participation in Due Diligence processes Ongoing monitoring of the performance of completed investments
