What you’ll do Talent sourcing & screening Identify and find freelance writers, editors, and creatives across different platforms. Support in identifying top-tier talent for our platform. Vetting & matching talent to clients Track candidate progress throughout the selection process. Support in matching freelancers to client needs based on tone, expertise, and industry. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams on ongoing projects and requests. Onboarding support Guide freelancers through the registration process. Help ensure new freelancers are ready to start on the platform. Ad hoc projects Assist with internal projects and team initiatives. Support talent-related improvements (e.g, optimising communication templates)
