Job Description

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, this trainee position offers hands-on experience within the reservations department, supporting daily operations and gaining exposure to guest communication, booking processes and pre-arrival coordination. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow within Aman.

Requirements

Currently studying in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Previous internships or exposure to hospitality is considered an advantage but not essential.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Opera PMS or Fidelio is an advantage but not required.
Fluency in written and verbal Greek and English.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and communication skills.
A positive, adaptable and guest-focused attitude aligned with Aman values.
You must have the legal right to work in Greece.
