Job Description

The IT Analyst Apprentice will focus on operating and maintaining the cloud environments of DXC customers. The main goals are to deliver agile and secure managed services on cloud platforms, to continuously increase the level of automation and security, to ensure high availability of the service, and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Provide first-line technical support for infrastructure services and applications, assisting with routine user issues and service requests
Act as a superuser for allocated systems, supporting end users with standard functionality and access
Assist with monitoring and initial troubleshooting of digital services, escalating issues to senior team where necessary
Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day operation of infrastructure service needs
Participate in infrastructure related tasks and projects to gain hands-on experience across multiple technologies and disciplines
Assist in the maintenance of support documentation and knowledge resources for the team
A strong desire to gain experience in technology
Ability to work under pressure
A continuous learner that stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology
