Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineering student to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Industrial Engineering business unit in Darlington. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential! This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer 2026, this role is 100% site-based.

Requirements

Manufacturing Engineering student
Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing/Controls Engineering or similar
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, and a keen willingness to learn
A good level of IT skills including the use of Microsoft applications
Minitab experience would also be beneficial although is not essential
Experience with CREO/CAD would also be beneficial, although is not essential.
