You work closely with our team of experienced advisors to provide strategic consulting and technical expertise to clients during a merger or acquisition. You take responsibility from the beginning in challenging and exciting projects for international clients in various industries. You conduct due diligence, develop integration and value creation plans, and assess the impact of technology on deals. You learn about different industries and business models and further develop your technical and analytical skills.

Requirements

You are studying Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Management & Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
You have initial experience in digital strategy, transaction advisory, or IT.
You bring knowledge of at least one programming language (a clear plus).
You possess strong analytical skills and a pronounced problem-solving capability.
You demonstrate a strong interest in technology, technical trends, and business strategy.
You have very good Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
You stand out through excellent communication and presentation skills.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a highly structured way of working.
