REICH manufactures and processes precision turned parts and ball bearings. We offer several dual training programs in STEM professions. Certified by the German Chamber of Commerce, we accept a new group of apprentices in our training program on a yearly basis. In 2012, the new training facility and workshop opened its doors offering a spacious and light learning environment equipped with customized tools and machinery. A dual apprenticeship comprises 3 key elements: training segments at a vocational college, the foundation course at our training facility and specialist training at the respective facility workshop. In other words, the program fully integrates theoretical education, basic practical training and specialist training on the job.
