Job Description

Providing professional and friendly reception and support to our international visitors, partners, customers and guests throughout their stay at the site Serving as the daily point of contact and maintaining ongoing communication with taxi companies, hotels, and course participants regarding travel arrangements, as well as handling and managing any luggage brought by visitors Coordinating, managing, and preparing various facilities, including catering and providing the necessary equipment—in coordination with Facility Management and IT
