Confirmation of receipt As soon as the e-mail has been viewed by us, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. This is done manually, so you may have to wait 1-2 days. 3. Review of your application As we take enough time for every application to check further possibilities, please give us some time - we will contact you as soon as we have an answer for you! 4. Video interview If we think we could be a good match, we will invite you to a short video call via our Talk video platform. You will need a computer (e.g. laptop or smartphone) that has a browser, camera, and audio in/out capability. No software needs to be installed, no registration is required. 5. In person interview If, after the video interview, you are one of the candidates with whom we would like to continue the application process, we will contact you with a proposed date for a personal interview at the office in Karlsruhe. 6. Offer If we decide in favor of you, you will receive a positive feedback and an offer from us very soon. 7. Employment contract If you also decide in favor of us and agree to the offer, your employment contract can be digitally signed directly.
