Knowledge Management part of Project Assurance is a valued function within Offshore Wind, part of RWE Renewables. We work towards the provision of Knowledge transfer, retention and awareness whilst enabling knowledge sharing as an active part of our daily activities. Knowledge is seen as an asset to be acted upon, through visibility and accessibility. This opportunity will involve you in activities throughout Offshore Wind, being an enabler for the individuals, teams and functions steering change throughout real operational challenges that have been captured and identified from experiences. In this role you will work closely with the Improvement Lead in Knowledge Management to coordinate actions with the respective teams. * Establish and facilitate improvement sessions to encourage collaboration and engagement across Offshore Procurement, Engineering, Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, HSSE, Legal, and other functions * Connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture insights and lessons learned * Coordinate and facilitate improvement actions across teams * Analyse and consolidate lessons learned, identifying synergies and links between recurring themes * Contribute to enhancing and streamlining the lesson flow process * Support the Improvement Lead with documentation, analysis, reviews, and reporting * Assist in the development and optimisation of Knowledge Management processes * Support internal events such as workshops, conferences, and knowledge-sharing sessions
