Job Description

This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain insights into all areas of asset management at the interface of investment management, IT, business development and operations. We are looking for a candidate who can join our team in May or June for a duration of 6 months. Your main tasks within the Middle Office Liquid Strategies team include: * Post trade support and shadow accounting (e.g. trouble shooting, reconciliations) for our suite of funds under management; * Pricing and valuation review for funds under management, including liaising with service providers as needed * Production of daily, monthly and quarterly client reports; * Participating in the further automation of processes, data and systems; * Independent ownership of smaller projects on business, IT and data-side.

Requirements

You are currently completing a higher education in business administration (university or university of applied sciences) with specialization in banking & finance; data sciences, economics, or similar subject;
High interest in traditional and alternative asset management looking for an opportunity to apply your theoretical skillset in practical terms;
Strong affinity for data management and IT in general, excellent skills in MS-Excel, SQL skills as a plus;
Very good command of German and English;
Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment; meticulous attention to detail;
Service-oriented, proactive and assertive team player.
