What you'll be doing: As a Library Assistant, you'll support the delivery of a high-quality library and information service. This includes: * Assisting customers with accessing digital resources and information. * Supporting in the planning and delivery of events (e.g. author events, class visits * Engaging with customers to promote reading for pleasure You will be appointed to a library base(s), but there will be an expectation that you will work at other libraries as required. Hours of work are listed against the available post and are a set working pattern over two weeks, please see the rota attachment at the bottom of the advert. These hours cannot be changed.
