







You will join the CRM Marketing team and report directly to the CRM Marketing Lead. You will work closely with the Digital, Revenue, Product, and RevOps teams to optimize customer retention, engagement, and revenue growth across our client base. Your impact: + Own the end-to-end creation and delivery of customer newsletters and tactical campaigns (email, in-app, SMS) for Self-Service and Enterprise audiences + Segment customer databases to personalize communications and improve relevance at scale + Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and translate data into actionable optimizations + Run A/B tests and turn learnings into concrete recommendations for the team + Explore and implement AI tools to enhance CRM workflows — from content generation and reporting automation to predictive segmentation and dynamic content + Identify opportunities to automate repetitive CRM tasks, freeing up team bandwidth for higher-value work + Stay on top of AI trends in CRM marketing and share regular benchmarks and best practices with the team + Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to surface fresh, actionable ideas for Brevo's CRM strategy + Help refine CRM workflows and contribute to internal documentation and methodology development + Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Revenue, and Content teams on shared initiatives
