Together with the Product Manager, UX experts and our developers, you help making our AI assistants and agents market-ready. As result, the creation, optimization and analysis of automated security compliance checks will become an easy task. SAP Customers will be able to achieve extraordinary efficiency gains when automating their security compliance monitoring as required by their corporate security policy and applicable audit procedures. As a creative tester and AI prompt developer, you will take charge of enabling Joule to understand the input and intent of the end user, so that user input gets accurately translated into user input for our app. You are thoughtful about excellent user experience of AI-based conversations and take implementation guidelines and established best practices into account. Your (basic) understanding of IT Security and your practical experience with AI help you articulating needs for improvements based on tangible examples, so that requirements can be easily understood by developers. The Opportunity of working with SAP Customers (onsite at SAP events or in 1:1 remote sessions) motivates you to build AI assistance that meet highest expectations and create a feedback of positive surprise.
