Job Description

Analyze and interpret HR data and key figures through impactful visualization in PowerBI Collaborate on enhancing the visibility and functionality of the recently introduced HR Analytics App Conduct data analyses and evaluations to assist in the creation, optimization, and maintenance of PowerBI dashboards Support the rollout and communication strategies of new dashboard go-live events Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and provide key metrics needed within respective PowerBI dashboards Contribute to project tasks involving data sorting, tool testing, and KPI evaluations Prepare presentation materials, promoting knowledge sharing and user education on dashboard target groups and functionalities

Requirements
