The Impact Academy Our structured training programme is designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant: * Candidate sourcing and interview techniques * Sales training and communication skills * Building and maintaining client relationships * Personal development, mindset, and goal setting Key Responsibilities * Source and interview candidates for education roles * Match candidates to schools across the North West * Support in developing and maintaining client relationships * Work towards targets and performance goals As you progress, you will manage your own client base, negotiate terms, and earn commission on placements.
