What You’ll Do: You’ll dig deep into how a company operates, identify their pain points, and then configure tailored product demonstrations that show them a better way to work. Your Impact: You’ll become a master of the "discovery" process, learning to ask the right questions and translating technical features into real-world business value for organizations. Ideal for: Students with a "tinkerer" mindset who enjoy explaining complex ideas simply, love a good challenge, and want to blend their technical curiosity with a client-facing career. Background:We consider applicants from the following academic backgrounds: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or other adjacent disciplines 2.Sales & Business Development (The Growth Driver) The Mission: You are the front line of Salesforce, identifying new opportunities and building the foundational relationships that fuel our growth. What You’ll Do: You’ll learn to navigate the Norwegian market, researching key industries and engaging with stakeholders to understand their digital needs. Your Impact: You’ll master the "Art of the Deal," learning world-class sales methodologies while helping local businesses become more customer-centric.
