Job Description

Support day to day PMO operations, including preparation and maintenance of project documentation, meeting materials, and status updates, risk & action item tracking; helps to prepare for SteerCo and leadership meetings Support the Program Leads and Technical Leads to coordinate workshops, review sessions, support data collection, and conduct structured analysis (e.g., product lists, dependencies, data consolidation) to support program planning and reporting Identify opportunities, use cases and contribute to build Agentic AI solutions - supporting the initiative and topics driven by the team

Requirements

High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools — especially PowerPoint (deck preparation), Excel (tracking & KPIs), Outlook & Teams
Analytical thinking — ability to structure data, analyze inputs from LoBs, and support assessments and planning activities
Actively worked/Knowledge of Agentic AI / LLMs / Predictive Analytics / Data Mining / Statistics
Proactive, reliable, and detail oriented — strong follow through on tasks, independently manages deliverables
Studies of Business Administration, Mathematics or Business Informatics
Comprehensive mathematical and statistical knowledge
