We are looking for a tech-savy language enthusiast (f/m/d) to support our Corporate Content Translation Team at SAP’s Language Experience (LX) unit. Our team provides exhaustive language support (incl. translation, interpretation, copy-editing in 50+ languages and a broad array of formats) for internal and external communication assets. As an intern or working student on our team, you will work with our project managers and internal translators on a great variety of challenging and innovative tasks. Never a dull moment - promised: * Support project managers and translators in managing a vast range of multilingual translation/multimedia projects sing various tools for project management and translation * Support our exploration of MT and AI tools for translation * Get involved in strategic projects related to the team’s migration to a new cloud-based tool landscape * Assist in configuring the new tool landscape and participate in tool testing activities to ensure that newly developed features match the team’s requirements * Assist the team in trouble-shooting tool-related issues with the aim to find the root-cause and optimize processes sustainably * Create/re-design and update internal process and tool documentation to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing * Collaborate on strategic initiatives that will shape future processes and technology within our department
