Job Description

This is not a coffee-and-PowerPoint internship. As our AI & Marketing Transformation Intern, you will be embedded in a small, high-impact team working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You’ll support real client engagements, help build AI-powered solutions, and contribute to shaping how some of the world’s biggest brands adopt AI in their marketing. You’ll be given real responsibility, direct access to senior team members, and the opportunity to develop skills that sit at the cutting edge of where marketing is heading. If you’re finishing a Master’s programme and want to hit the ground running in AI-driven marketing transformation, this is the role.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
A genuine, demonstrable interest in AI and its application to marketing or business. You’ve explored AI tools beyond the basics and can talk about what you’ve learned.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. You can take a complex topic, break it down, and communicate it clearly.
Confident communicator who is comfortable presenting ideas to a room, whether that’s a team meeting or a client session.
Excellent written and visual communication. You can structure a compelling deck or write a clear, persuasive brief.
Self-starter mentality. You take initiative, work independently when needed, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
Available for a full-time, 6-month internship based in Amsterdam.
