







We are looking for a highly reliable and proactive Marketing Working Student to support the execution of MicroHarvest’s B2B marketing and communication strategy. This role is less about pure content creation and more about driving marketing projects forward. From LinkedIn and events to marketing materials and agency coordination. You will work closely with our Head of Brand & Growth and act as a key execution partner, helping turn strategy into structured, high-quality output. Tasks Own & Drive Marketing Execution * Support the rollout of our B2B marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, events, and sales-support materials * Take ownership of defined tasks, channels, or projects. From brief to delivery * Ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables stay on track LinkedIn & Channel Management * Support and gradually co-own our LinkedIn presence * Coordinate content planning, scheduling, and publishing * Work closely with the Head of Brand & Growth, Art Director, and external partners to ensure consistency and quality Event & Trade Show Management * Support the planning, preparation, and follow-up of industry events and trade shows * Coordinate logistics, materials, and timelines to ensure smooth execution * Help turn events into structured marketing outputs (content, follow-ups, learnings) Marketing Materials & Asset Updates * Coordinate the renewal and upkeep of marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, brochures) * Work with external design freelancers and agencies to brief, review, and finalize assets * Ensure materials are up to date, consistent, and ready for commercial use Agency & Freelancer Coordination * Support day-to-day coordination with external agencies and freelancers * Help manage briefs, feedback loops, approvals, and deadlines * Act as a reliable interface between internal stakeholders and external partners Structured Project & Performance Support * Help maintain trackers, timelines, and documentation * Support basic performance tracking and reporting of marketing activities * Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and execution quality
