





As our Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that our order flows across both B2B and DTC channels run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our operational standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and our warehouses to troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and drive continuous improvements. This is a pivotal role as we evolve into an omni-channel structure and place greater emphasis on operational performance, scalability, and customer experience. Some of the things you’ll do: * Own daily operational follow-up on fulfillment and outbound flows across DTC and B2B, spotting risks early and escalating when needed * Act as the go-to operational owner for order-related issues, investigating root causes and coordinating solutions with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams * Track and analyze warehouse and transport KPIs (shipping performance, delivery accuracy, claims, service levels) and drive continuous improvement with our 3PL and carrier partners. * Work closely with Customer Service and Commercial teams across both DTC and B2B to resolve operational issues, improve service levels, and drive initiatives that positively impact our customers’ delivery experience. * Ensure operational readiness for new retailers, market launches, product launches, and campaigns, aligning internally and with external partners * Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and reduce friction across our order and fulfillment flows * Support and drive automation initiatives, including EDI connections, system integrations, and improvements that reduce manual work * Keep SOPs and documentation sharp and up to date, you're the person who makes sure the playbook exists
