




You'll be joining our Customer Success Consulting team, working either on a B2C portfolio alongside Anais or on a B2B portfolio with Gianluca. Together, the team supports Mirakl's clients throughout all phases of their marketplace journey—from strategic planning to day-to-day operations—ensuring they maximize the value of the Mirakl platform. Your Impact * Analyze client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews * Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients optimize their marketplace operations * Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, and AI implementation * Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy (assortment strategy, seller recruitment, organizational structure) * Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence
