Create visual assets and write captions aligned with the brand’s tone. 2. Content Posting Support the Global Social Media Sr. Specialist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across global channels. Monitor local accounts to ensure alignment with the global calendar and guidelines. 3. Community Management Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Build positive relationships and surface key issues or crisis risks. Identify advocates, track emerging online trends, and coordinate with regional teams on customer questions. 4. Social Media Analysis & Reporting (Sprinklr) Compile performance reports with actionable insights for global and local accounts. Analyse sentiment, monitor competitor conversations, and deliver bi‑monthly insights and recommendations. Assess platform opportunities, social commerce potential, and community engagement trends. Create social listening reports and support regions with ad‑hoc requests. Support regional teams on specific reporting requests.
