Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - Preston SEND Support | Full-Time | Long-Term | Tradewind Recruitment Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to work in an inclusive SEN primary school within Preston. These role focus on supporting pupils with additional needs, either on a 1:1 basis or within small intervention groups. Pupils may present with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, or learning difficulties. Support is tailored and delivered in collaboration with teachers and SENCOs. Key Responsibilities * Provide targeted 1:1 or small-group SEN support * Implement individual education plans (IEPs) * Support emotional regulation and behaviour strategies * Assist with classroom access and differentiated tasks * Monitor progress and feedback to teaching staff * Promote independence and engagement * Support inclusion within the wider classroom
