Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Industrial HQ in Tuscany (Terranuova Bracciolini, AR). In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an excellent candidate experience by serving as a primary point of contact throughout the entire selection process. The internship offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the full recruitment cycle and broader HR activities across various business areas (Leather Goods, Shoes, RTW, and Corporate functions), within a dynamic and international environment.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Work Psychology/ Human Resources/ Management or from humanities faculties
Genuine interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (A previous experience in HR or Recruiting will be considered as a plus)
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Fluent in Italian and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues
